I take my pleasures seriously, be it painting melancholy portraits and pretty pictures of all I see,or creating handcrafted pieces with emotion and making sweet nostalgia into jewellery,to writing the romantic rhyme and rhythm of poetry,or simply adorning myself in the whimsical art of fashion and accessories.



Being an artist, I recognize the full worth of what was written by Ken Gire about the soul, and am moved by it. "The soul," he said, "although at all times hidden, is at all times revealed, expressing itself through everything we say and do. Through the ordinary brush strokes of our everyday life, a portrait of our soul is being painted." With this, I think of the portrait I am painting of myself, the expression my soul makes from the pictures I paint and these words I write to the laughter in my everyday. I pray my portrait be one that causes an inspirational stir, that with every encounter a gift is given, wherein people are better off for having been in its presence.
